Seven Seas Orange Flavour Cod Liver Syrup contains Vitamin D, C and E as as DHA, EPA and Omega-3. The formula will help maintain and restore your joint whilst keeping your generally healthy.

Recommended Daily Dose
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons daily).
Children 5-15 years old: 5ml (1 teaspoon daily)
Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant:
5ml (1 teaspoon daily)
Dilute with boiled cooled water if desired.
