Feeding and weaning a baby are important stages in their development, involving both nutrition and skill-building.

Breast milk is the ideal infant nutrition. If breastfeeding isn't possible, infant formula is a good alternative.
Typically, solid foods aren't introduced until around six months of age. Before then, breast milk or formula provides all the necessary nutrients.
Introduce one new food at a time, waiting a few days before introducing another. This gradual process helps identify any potential allergies. Remember, it's a journey that takes time. Slowly replace breast milk or formula feedings with solid foods. This can take several months. As your baby develops fine motor skills, encourage them to feed themselves with finger foods or a spoon.

Transitioning to Cups: Around 6-12 months, start introducing sipping cups or small open Cups for drinking water. Gradually reduce bottle feedings.
