Instructions:
Heat therapy: Place the Sure Thermal Heat Pack in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Always check the temperature before applying it to your skin. Once the pack has been heated to the desired temperature, do not reheat until it has cooled fully to room temperature.

Cold therapy: Place the Sure Thermal Heat Pack in a sealed plastic bag before putting it in the fridge or freezer for at least two hours to ensure the pack has chilled to your preference.
