Directions for use:
Please carefully read enclosed instructions before use.
Warm up the compress in the microwave or in hot water, or cool in the refrigerator or freezer. Place the compress into the cover provided and apply to body part.

Used for cold therapy: this pack can treat acute injuries such as ankle sprains and reduce swelling, pain and inflammation.
