Nytol Herbal Tablets contain a natural blend of herbs, specifically selected for their calming, sleep inducing properties: Hops, Valerian and Passion Flower which can help to promote calmness and restful sleep.

Hops are known for their sedative effect, caused by the chemical methylbutenol present in the buds and induces sleep.

Valerian is a calming sedative that induces sleep. It contains a number of chemical compounds that have been shown to reduce anxiety in many people when taken over a period of a number of weeks.

Passion Flower contains a number of alkaloids that help to induce a feeling of well-being and also has sedative properties that help induce sleep.

Directions:
Adults and children over 12 are to take two Nytol Herbal tablets 1 hour before bedtime. If insomnia persists for more than 2 weeks, please see your doctor as Nytol may not be an appropriate way to treat your problem.

Caution:
Do not exceed stated dose.
