Everyone has periods in their life when they have difficulty getting off to sleep and sometimes suffer with disturbed sleep patterns. It is useful to know that many herbs have sedative properties which avoid the hangover effects associated with some pharmacy drugs (e.g. antihistamines).

Dormeasan Valerian-Hops drops combine the sedative and relaxant properties of Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) and Humulus lupulus (Hops) in a remedy to help with sleep disorders.

Directions for Use:
Adults:
20-30 drops in a little water, half an hour before retiring. There are no restrictions on long term use.

Not to be taken during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding.
Not suitable for children.
