Kalms One-A-Night tablets are a traditional herbal sleep remedy containing valerian root that promotes a restful night's sleep without causing drowsiness the following day.

• Contains valerian root extract 385mg.
• Used for temporary sleep disturbances.
• One a night tablets.

Direction of use:
The dose is one tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
If necessary, on subsequent evenings swallow one additional tablet earlier in the evening.
Not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age.
Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if you are taking any other medicine for sleep.
Kalms Night is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding.

(Valeriana officinalis L.) (equivalent to 1.54–1.93g of
Valerian root) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.
Excipients: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

The other ingredients are:
Core: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate,
Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc and
Silicon Dioxide.

Coating: Hypromellose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide,
Macrogol, Saccharin Sodium.
