Galpharm One A night Sleep Aid 50mg Tablets

• Each tablet contains 50mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride.
• Aids a good nights rest.
• One-a-night-tablet.

How to take Galpharm One A Night Sleep Aid Tablets:
Swallow one tablet with water 20 minutes before you go to bed.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not give to children under 16 years of age.

Instructions for use:
Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than two weeks, please consult your doctor.

Do not take:
If you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
If you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut (for example, because of an ulcer).
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or receiving prescribed medicines.
If sleeping difficulties persist, see your doctor.
