Each tablet contains 25mg of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride.
Also contains lactose.
For oral administration.

What is it for?
Diphenhydramine tablets are used to relieve temporary sleeping difficulties.

How to take?
Swallow two tablets with water 20 minutes before you go to bed.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Do not give to children under 16 years of age.

Instructions for use:
Insomnia may be a symptoms of a serious underlying medical illness.
If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 7 days, please consult your doctor.

Do not take:
If you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
If you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut.
If your sleeping difficulties persist, see your doctor.

Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you are:
Elderly.
Pregnant.
Breast-feeding.
