Silica occurs naturally in our bodies and is best absorbed in the colloidal form. It is an important element in the construction of connective tissue. Internal problems such as arthritis and osteoporosis, as well as external appearances such as brittle hair, splitting nails, and dull skin, can be contributed to by a lack of silica. As we age, the body begins to lose silica, making it harder to absorb nutrients from food sources, causing the listed problems. This can also affect our skin. The connective tissues lose water, and waste products accumulate as they cannot be properly removed, causing dull skin, wrinkles, rashes and spots.

Silica acts as a repairer and helps to heal connective tissues. This improves skin tone, hair, and nail quality on the outside while improving joints and providing the initial building blocks for calcium to form complex, resulting in stronger bones, too.

Directions:
Take one capsule daily with a large glass of water as a food supplement.
Please note: An immediate result cannot be expected: Nails need about 6 months to grow out completely, and hair grows about 1cm per month.
It is recommended that this supplement be taken for at least a 3-month trial.
