How to enjoy:
Each sachet should be reconstituted with 100ml of whole milk.
Can be enjoyed cold or gently heated.

• 0g fibre when mixed with 100ml whole milk

Directions for use:
If using a Nualtra shaker:
Add 100ml of whole milk
Add contents to shaker.
Screw lid tightly shut and shake until powder is dissolved.

If using a glass:
Add 100ml of whole milk then add contents of sachet.
Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until dissolved.

Do not use hot liquids with shaker.
