How to enjoy:

Directions for use:
If using a Nualtra shaker:
Add 100ml of whole milk
Add contents to the shaker.
Screw the lid tightly shut and shake until the powder is dissolved.

If using a glass:
Add 100ml of whole milk, then add the contents of the sachet.
Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until dissolved.

Please don't use hot liquids with the shaker.
