Lepicol High Fibre Powder is formed of gentle psyllium husks and inulin which combine to boost your fibre intake towards the recommended daily amount. This fibre boost plus 5 strains of live bacteria work to help support and maintain normal digestion & bowel movement.

Directions for Use:
Shake before use.
Take Lepicol 30 minutes before a meal, once or twice daily.
Mixed the advised amount of powder with water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with another glass of water. Always aim to consume 250ml of liquid with every heaped teaspoon.
It is recommended to start with the lower advise dose amount and increase it gradually if required.
Adults & children 12y+: 1-2 heaped tsp (2.5-5g).
Children 3-11y: Consult a medical professional before giving to children. ½ - 1 tsp (1.25-2.5g) under parental supervision.
