Lepicol is a multi-fibre source product containing inulin and gentle psyllium husk, which contributes to maintaining normal bowel transit.
Together these two ingredients can help ensure your recommended daily intake of fibre. With 5 strains of live bacteria that are naturally present in the digestive system.

Directions for Use:
Take Lepicol at least 30 minutes before a meal.
Shake before use.
Adults & children 12+:
Take 1-2 heaped teaspoons (2.5g) mixed with water or juice once or twice daily and consume immediately.
This should then be followed by a further glass of water.
Its recommended that you start with a low dose and building up gradually to suit.
Children 3-11 :
Give ½ to 1 teaspoon (1.25 - 2.5g) mixed with water or juice once or twice daily with parental supervision.
This should be followed with a further glass of water.
Parents should seek the guidance of a medical practitioner before giving Lepicol to children.
Please note :
Taking Lepicol without water can cause choking.
Always aim to consume a 250ml glass of liquid with every heaped teaspoon. If you experience discomfort after taking Lepicol, reduce dosage or stop taking until symptoms subside, before building dose back up again very gradually.
Lepicol is suitable for use in pregnancy. However, if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before taking any food supplements.
