Simply open the sachet and stick directly to the skin for effective relief from period pains, stomach cramps and backache. Can also be used for muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness, strains, and sprains.

Directions for Use:

• The heat pad is air-activated, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it.
• Ensure the skin is dry and clean at the site of application.
• Open the sachet (do not cut the heat pad), remove the heat pad.
• Peel away away the paper strips from both ends on the back of the heat pad.
• Apply the adhesive side of the heat pad directly skin of the desired area. The heat pad activates on contact with air and warms up slowly reaching full temperature after 20 - 30 minutes.
• After use slowly and carefully peel off the heat pad. Dispose of the used pad with your normal household waste. Do not incinerate.

Caution:
If misused, heat pads can cause burns even at low temperatures.
Follow the directions for use carefully and check the areas of application frequently to prevent the risk of burns.
