Directions:
Open the pouch by hand and remove the Cura-Heat pack, peel away the paper strip, adhere to the underwear/clothing over the painful area.

Cura-Heat period pain is designed to warm up gradually and reach maximum temperature within 30 minutes

Warnings
  • Do not use if you are diabetic or on areas of bruising or swelling.
  • If you have poor circulation, rheumatoid arthritis or you are pregnant consult your doctor to determine if heat will be helpful.
