Recommended daily intake:
For children between the ages of 1 and 12: One capsule is taken daily. The capsule powder can be emptied and mixed with food or drink.

For adults and children over 12: One to two capsules daily are recommended. They should be taken three days before and during travel. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless a suitably qualified person advises.

Caution:
If diarrhoea occurs after taking this product, reduce intake to half the recommended amount. If diarrhoea persists, discontinue use.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
