Flarin is an over the counter lipid ibuprofen anti-inflammatory formulation which is as effective as prescription ibuprofen. Flarin capsules are ideal for the relief from flaring Joint, rheumatic and muscular pain, dental pain, migraines and headaches.

Flarin soft gel lipid capsules contain 200mg lipid formulated ibuprofen to help ease the pain and inflammation of joints and aches and pains. The lipids aids the absorption of ibuprofen to help protect the stomach from damage.

Directions for Use:

For oral use.

Adults, the elderly and children 12 years and older
Take one or two capsules with water up to 3 times daily as required. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

Please contact your doctor for further advice if you are:
Over 18 years of age and symptoms persist or worsen after 10 days of treatment:
Between 12 and 18 years of age and symptoms persist or worsen after 3 days of treatment.

Cautions:

• Do not chew the capsules.
• Do not exceed more than 6 capsules (1200mg) in any 24 hour period.
• Not suitable for children under 12 years.
• As with all medicines keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Store below 25°C.

Do not take if you:

• If you have (or have had) two or more episodes of stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding.
• Are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredients of the product, aspirin or other related painkillers.
• Are taking any other NSAID painkillers or aspirin with a daily dose of above 75mg.
• Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
• Suffer from severe heart, liver or kidney disease.

Speak to your doctor before taking if:

• Have or have had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a stroke, heart, liver, kidney or bowel problems.
• Are a smoker, are pregnant, or elderly.
• Are 12-18 years old and dehydrated not drinking or unable to retain fluids due to vomiting and diarrhoea.
• Unsure if this medication is right for you.
• You are taking any other medication, including OTC medication.

Each capsule contains Ibuprofen 200mg, Hard Fat, Glycerol Monolinoleate, Macrogol 400, Gelatin, Sorbitol, Purified Water, Brilliant Blue (E133), Allura Red (E129).
