Derma silk leggings can help manage eczema and dermatitis in the legs, as they protect and soothe irritated, itchy and sensitive skin.
The knitted silk lining helps to maintain healthy body temperature and optimal moisture levels in the skin. The antimicrobial treatment protects against a wide range of microbes without releasing chemicals into the skin.

Washing instructions:
Hand wash with non-biological (enzyme-free) detergent suitable for sensitive skin.
Rinse thoroughly.
Do not bleach.
Every 10 weeks, soak in water with 2 tbsp of bicarbonate of soda per litre overnight, then wash as stated above.
Never use fabric softener.
Do not iron.
