Calcichew-D3 Forte 500mg/400UI Chewable Tablets are lemon flavoured chewable tablets contain calcium and vitamin D which are both important substances in bone formation. Both are found in the diet and Vitamin D is also produced in the skin after exposure to the sun. Calcichew-D3 forte is used to treat and prevent Vitamin D/Calcium deficiency, which may occur when your diet or lifestyle does not provide enough, or when body requirements are increased.

• 1250mg Calcium Carbonate.
• 400IU Colecalciferol.
• 60 Chewable Tablets.
• This medicine may also be prescribed or recommended for certain bone conditions, for example osteoporosis, or during pregnancy.

Instructions:
For oral administration.

Adults and elderly:
2 chewable tablets a day, preferably one tablet morning and evening.
The tablets should be chewed or sucked.

Caution:
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not store above 30°C.
Keep the container tightly close to protect from moisture.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains 1250mg calcium carbonate (equivalent to 500mg calcium) and 400IU colecalciferol (equivalent to 10 micrograms Vitamin D3). Also includes Isomalt (E953).
