Bell's Vapour Rub is a cooling, refreshing ointment with a pleasant vapour aroma of menthol and eucalyptus providing the sensation of clear, cool breathing.

Directions of Use:
Adults and children over 3 years of age: Rub a small amount onto the chest, throat and back, particularly just before going to bed.

Alternatively : For adult use only mix 2 teaspoons of vapour rub in hot water and inhale the vapour for 5-10 minutes.

Cautions/Warnings:
Protect from light. Keep container closed to prevent evaporation.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not place in nostrils. Use sparingly on the skin of children. If irritation occurs discontinue use. If material enters eye, rinse well with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Stop using this product if you develop redness or itching.
Contains Limonene and Linalool.
