Directions for Use:
Pour 150ml of cold water into a glass or your Aymes shaker. Add one sachet of Aymes ActaSolve Smoothie powder and mix thoroughly. Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Take 1-2 servings a day unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
