How to take XLS Medical Pro-7:
Take two capsules with water three times a day immediately after each main meal.
If you skip a meal, still take two capsules.
Do not exceed six capsules of XLS medical pro-7 daily.
It is recommended to drink two litres of water a day.

Only recommended for adults for adults over 18 years of age. For beneficial actions of fibres on gastrointestinal transit, it is recommended to take 2L of water a day.
Slight constipation could occur in case of limited liquid intake.

Do not take XLS medical pro-7:
During pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
If your BMI (body mass index) is below 18.5.
Within 2 hours of taking any fat-soluble vitamins or medicines (e.g. oral contraceptive pills).
