Vicks Cough Syrup with Honey for Dry and Irritating Coughs contains the active ingredient menthol which suppresses a cough. The syrup works by soothing and calming your throat and relieving the symptoms of a dry and irritating cough.

• Non drowsy.
• Controls cough.
• Contains levomenthol which has cooling pain relieving properties.

Directions:
For Oral Administration:
Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml every 3-4 hours maximum of 6 doses per day
Children 6-12 years: 5ml every 3-4 hours maximum of 6 doses per day
Children under 6 years: Not recommended.

Warnings:
Do not take Vicks Cough Syrup with Honey for Dry and Irritating Coughs if you:
are allergic to menthol or other ingredients (see section 6)
Do not give Vicks Cough Syrup with Honey for Dry and Irritating Coughs to children under 6 years of age.

Taking other medicines:
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist before you take Vicks Cough Syrup with Honey for Dry and Irritating Coughs if you are taking any other medicines, including those obtained without a prescription.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are pregnant or breast-feeding before taking this syrup
Important information about some of the ingredients of Vicks Cough Syrup with Honey for Dry and Irritating Coughs.
Each 10 ml adult dose contains 9g of sugar (sucrose and glucose). This should be taken into consideration by patients with diabetes. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, consult your doctor before taking this medicinal product.

Ingredients:
Each 5ml dose contains the active ingredient:
levomenthol 6.25mg
The other ingredients are: sucrose, liquid glucose, honey, propylene glycol, and water.
