Tormentil

Tormentil is a perennial plant which grows throughout much of Europe, North Africa and Western Asia.

It has been traditionally used to remedy acute or nervous diarrhoea. It is particularly useful in alternating diarrhoea and constipation, this makes it popular with those who suffer from IBS.
