How to use:

1. Preparation: Ensure your hands are clean and dry before handling the eye drops. Remove the protective cap from the bottle.
2. Tilt your head back: Gently tilt your head backward or lie down, looking upward at the ceiling.
3. Create a pocket: With one hand, use your index finger to pull down the lower eyelid, creating a small pocket between the eyelid and your eye.
4. Hold the bottle: With the other hand, hold the Thealipid Dry Eye Drops bottle upside down, near your eye but not touching it.
5. Instill Drops: Squeeze the bottle gently to release the desired number of drops into the pocket created by the lower eyelid. Avoid touching the tip of the bottle to prevent contamination.
6. Close your eyes: Close your eyes gently after instilling the drops. This allows the solution to spread evenly over the eye surface.
7. Press the inner corner: Lightly press on the inner corner of your eye (near the nose) with a clean fingertip. This helps prevent the drops from draining into the tear duct.
8. Keep eyes closed: Keep your eyes closed for 1-2 minutes to allow the drops to be absorbed. If using other eye medicines, wait at least 5 minutes before applying them.
9. Wipe excess: If there is any excess solution around your eyes, carefully wipe it away with a clean tissue.
10. Replace the cap: Recap the bottle tightly to prevent contamination and maintain the efficacy of the remaining eye drops.
