Softpore dressings are water repellent, breathable and conforming so allows movement.
This latex free, adhesive dressing with a 3 cm x 4 cm absorbent pad ideal for low to medium exuding wounds, minor burns, cuts and abrasions.

Directions of use:

1. Measure wound site to ensure the correct size of dressing.
2. Remove one section of the backing paper, exposing adhesive surface.
3. Fix the dressing ensuring the wound is centre to the pad.
4. Remove the rest of the backing paper, smooth border firmly to obtain adhesion.
5. Do not stretch the dressings when applying.

Frequency of change
Softpore dressings should be changed according to the clinical of the wound, or when saturated. The dressing may be left in situ for up to 5 days.

Removal:
Hold the edge of the dressing and slowly peel in direction of hair growth. Dispose of clinical waste.

Precautions:
To prevent skin shearing do not apply under tension. dressing should not be applied to those who are sensitive to acrylic adhesives or individuals who have fragile or easily damaged skin.
For single use do not reuse.
