Directions for Use:
Check that the insole fits well in the shoe before use. Remove existing insole if necessary. The heel of the insole should be against the back of the shoe. Trim the end of the insole along the guidelines if required.
Some may find that it may take some time for the insoles to feel comfortable. Your feet need to get use to the structure of the insole so a 'break-in' period may be required. Gradually increase the hours of use each day until they can be worn all day.
