Directions for Use: Children over six years of age take one, or two Chewy capsules a day. We know adults also love the taste and you can follow the same guide. Chew the soft capsule to burst the fruit flavour centre. If you are taking Haliborange Advanced Formula Omega-3 Fish Oil for the first time, you may like to take 2 Chewy capsules a day for the first 12 weeks. The daily intake can then be reduced to one a day.
