Marine Fish Oil is cold extracted from fish found in the unpolluted South Pacific Ocean. The extracted fish oil is purified so that it is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA. The omega-3 acids are important to daily diet as they help to maintain a healthy heart, reduce cholesterol levels and help to promote a healthy blood system
Free from gluten, starch, yeast, artificial colouring, flavouring and preservatives.

Recommended Daily Intake:
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily, prefereably with meals.
Can be increased to two or three capsules daily if advised by a qualified person.
