Strepsils Extra contain the active ingredient Hexylresorcinol which relieves sore throats and any associated pain. Hexylresorcinol has a mild antiseptic effect which kills bacteria in the mouth it also acts as a local anaesthetic to numb the pain.

Directions for Use:
Adults and children (over 6 years old) and the elderly.
Not suitable for children under 6 years.
