Organic Menstrual Cups

A menstrual cup is reusable and sustainable product for during your monthly cycle. Cups for menstruation can be used for up to 8 hours at a time and they hold 2-3 times the amount of fluid of a large pad or tampon.

There are a number of benefits to using menstrual cups, including their cost-effectiveness and respect for the environment!
The average woman uses 22 sanitary products per month, costing an average of £10; a menstrual cup costs around £15-25 and, if used correctly, may last for years.
Most tampons and towels are thrown into landfills, therefore menstrual cups are more environmentally friendly.
