O.R.S is a soluble tablet that contains a scientifically balanced formula of glucose, electrolytes and essential minerals which when added to water may be used to replenish the body's water and salts and thereby help to maintain a healthy fluid balance in adults and children.

O.R.S may be used whenever required:

• For general hydration.
• For use when travelling.
• For hydration in hot climates.
• By amateur and professional sports persons, e.g. for hiking, rugby, football, swimming, athletics and cycling.

Directions:
To prepare the solution, add 2 tablets to 200ml of drinking water and allow to dissolve completely (stir if required).

Dosage instructions:
Adults and children 6 years and over: 200ml (2 tablets) of solution each time the bodies fluid level needs to be maintained.

Children aged under 6 years:10ml of solution per kg of body weight each time the body's fluid level needs to be maintained. Give the required dose in small sips.

Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before using in infants up to 2 years.

Warnings:
Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, or are on a low sodium or potassium diet.

DO NOT USE if you have intestinal obstruction or problems with your liver or kidney function.

Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children no more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the dosage instructions. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful.

O.R.S should not be used to replace a well balanced diet.

Do not store prepared O.R.S solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator. If refrigerated the solution may be stored up to 24 hours.

Glucose (sugar), Citric Acid, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Chloride (slat), Potassium Chloride, Lemon Flavour, PEG 6000, Sweetener (Aspartame), Riboflavin 5 Phosphate.

Contains a source of Phanylalanine. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Free from artificial preservatives. Does not contain yeast, gluten or lactose.
