Directions for Use:
Follow enclosed instruction manual directions.

Insert batteries as indicated on device. Remove any clothing or accessorise surrounding your wrist.

Slip your wrist into the cuff loop with your palm and monitor display facing up. Leave a clearance of 1-2cm between the bottom of your palm and cuff. Wrap the cuff firmly around your wrist.

Sit as directed in to the instruction manual with your wrist approximately the same level as your heart. Relax your wrist and press the 'Start/Stop' button once. Remain still while the device inflates and takes your measurements.
Note down your measurements and turn off the monitor by pressing the 'start/stop' button again.
