Download the Nicorette Stop Smoking App. Available on Google Play and App Store. Follow the on screen instructions to set up your personal quit plan.

Spray 1-2 pumps into your mouth when carvings appear. For best results do not swallow for a few seconds after spraying. Spray once to start with. If your cravings do not subside within a few minutes take a second spray. If 2 sprays are required you can spray twice consecutively in future.
Tap and hold the spray to your phone (tap to the top of your iPhone and to the back of your Android). This will log each use of the spray.
Track your progress on the Nicorette Stop Smoking app.
