Directions for Use:
Conveniently individually wrapped. Remove outer wrapper and central backing strip. Press the sticky side into your underwear. Remove backing off the wings and fold around and under the sides. Press firmly to secure in place.
Dispose of responsibly. Suitable for home compost (brown compost) - it is recommended to cut up the pad with scissors before adding to compost.
