Mepore Ultra are sterile, absorbent dressings are formed of three main components. A non-adherent wound contact layer absorbs exudate, surrounded by a water based adhesive border, covered by a waterproof, but breathable, outer film to form a barrier to external contaminants.

• 36 Sterile dressings.
• For low to moderately exuding wounds such as surgical wounds, cuts, & abrasions.
• 11 x 15 cm (6 x 10 cm non-adherent absorbent pad).
• Shower-proof.
• Water based acrylic adhesive, skin friendly & free from organic solvents.

Directions for Use:
For use under supervision of a healthcare professional.
Cleanse the wound and dry the surrounding skin.
Remove the release liners and apply the adhesive side to the skin without stretching the dressing. Ensure the wound is covered by the absorbent pad.
Gently press the adhesive border to ensure it is securely in place.
Change the dressing before it becomes fully saturated, at signs of leakage, or as indicated by the supportiving healthcare professional.
For removal grasp the edge and slowly peel away from the skin in the direction of hair growth.

• Do not use is hypersensitive to any of the listed components.
