Medihoney Tulle has been designed for use on granulating wound, wounds which are showing signs of actively healing (often with red, bumpy tissue).
Impregnated with Medihoney's manuka honey, this dressing provide broad-spectrum antibacterial activity while forming a low pH level environment ideal for the healing process.
Each individual dressings is tri-folded forming three layers which may be applied to the wound bed as is or opened up and applied in one layer.

Suitable for use on:
Leg/Foot Ulcers • Pressure Ulcers • Infected Wounds • Sloughy Wounds • Necrotic Wounds • Malodourous Wounds • Surgical Wounds • Donor & Recipient Graft Sites • Burns • Superficial Wounds • Diabetic Wounds.

Serious wounds, such as some of those listed above, should be managed under professional medical supervision. Please ask the supervising medical profession is this product is suitable for you before use.

Directions for Use:
Gently cleans the wound and apply a protective barrier cream to the surrounding healthy skin, why not try Medihoney Barrier Cream.
Apply the Medihoney Tulle Dressing to the bed of the wound. The dressing may folded, un-folded, cut, or molded as need to fit within the wound margins.
Medihoney Antibacterial Wound Gel may be used underneath the dressing if it is difficult to apply in full contact with the wound bed.
Cover with a suitable sterile dressing to absorb wound exudate.
Medihoney Dressings can be left for up to 7 day dependent on wound fluid. Change dressings as required or after 7 days, whichever is sooner, cleaning in-between applications.

Cautions:

• Do not use on people who are sensitive to any components present in this dressing.
• If negative reaction occurs, apart from a short-term stinging during application, remove immediately.
• To be use with caution and close observation on heavily exudating wounds.
• When using on a dry wound it may be helpful to moisten the dressing to aid removal.
• Use with cautions on heavily bleeding wounds.
