Chamomile Roman is a pure essential oil available from Manor Grove's vast range of pure essential oils. Anthemis Noblis (Chamomile Roman) is an evergreen perennial that grows in the UK and Europe. The essential oil can be used in a warm bath, for massage or in an oil burner.

Directions of use:
  • For use in a bath:Add 8 drops to a warm bath.
  • For a massage oil: Dilute with a base oil.
  • Oil burner: Add a few drops to an oil burner.
Safety Guidelines:
  1. Keep away from children and eyes.
  2. Do not use on undiluted on broken skin and patch test new oils before use. If in doubt start with a low dilution and increase gradually.
  3. Do not take internally.
  4. Seek advice before use if you are taking homeopathic remedies.
  5. Do not use in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
