Manevac 12 years plus granules helps give relief for constipation short term.

• 250g Granules.
• Short term relief of occasional constipation.
• Does not help with weight loss.
• Overuse can be dangerous.
• Ispaghula Seed, Ispaghula Husk (bulk-forming laxatives) and Tinnevelley Senna Pods (stimulant laxative).

Dosage:
For oral use only.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years.
Take one (5mg) or two (10g) level measuring spoons once daily at night.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to any ingredients, or have stomach, bowel, kidney, or heart conditions.

Special note for diabetics:
Each level measuring spoon contains approximately 1.04g of sucrose.

Before taking this product, sit in an upright position. Manevac 12 years plus should be placed on the tongue and swallowed with plenty of water, a warm drink, or similar liquid (approximately 1-2 glasses with each measuring spoon) without chewing.
Drink about 5-10 glasses of fluid daily while taking this product.
Laxatives do not affect the number of calories absorbed from food.
This means they do not help with weight loss.

Warnings:

• Do not take Manevac 12 Years Plus without the recommended liquid.
• Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.
• If there is no bowel movement after three days, or if symptoms persist, particularly if you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood, consult your doctor.
