Jerome Russell Bblonde Maximum Blonding Kit No.2 permanently lightens blonde to medium brown hair for professional looking that don't fade or dull. A professional formula enriched with avocado oil lifts up to 6-7 shades lighter while leaving your hair feeling lustrously soft and shiny.

Pack Contains:
1 sachet of High Lift Powder Bleach 25g
1 bottle of Maximum Cream Peroxide 30 vol 9% 75ml
1 sachet of Conditioning Shampoo 10ml
1 application guide
1 application brush
1 pair of protective gloves
1 development hat
1 mixing tray
Directions for Use: Always conduct a skin sensitivity test and hair strand test 48 hours before each use even if you have used this product before. You will need a timer, an old towel, cotton wool buds and petroleum jelly.
If your hair is particularly thick or longer you may require two packs.
Mix Powder Bleach and Cream Peroxide at a ratio of 1:1 until smooth.
On dry hair, starting at the front 3cm from the roots, work in the mixture evenly, front to back, then down the sides.
Leave for 15 minutes then apply to root area.
Cover treated hair with the development hat.
Leave on hair for your personal development time - checking every 15 minutes.
Remove development hat and rinse hair, then shampoo using Jerome Russell Conditioning Shampoo to remove all traces of the mixture. Dry and style as usual.

Contains Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonia.
Avoid contact with eyes. If contact is made rinse immediately with clean water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Hair colourants can cause allergic reactions, which in certain rare cases, may be severe.

If you are pregnant or on pregnant women.
If you have a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp.
If you have had a previous reaction to a lightening product.
If your hair has previously been bleached, lightened, spray lightened, recently permed or coloured with dark brown or black colourants.
If your hair has been coloured using metallic salts based products or Henna.
On eyelashes, eyebrows or other body hair.
On hair extensions that are attached using synthetic glue.
