Ispaghula Husk Orange - (30 sachets) is a source of water-soluble fibre in the form of granules for oral suspension as well as a bulking agent in a pleasing orange flavoured food supplement.

Directions:
Mix one sachet in a quarter pint (around 150ml) of cool water. Stir briskly, drink immediately and follow with an additional glass of liquid. This can be done one to three times a day for adults, the elderly and children over 12. Please make sure you drink a minimum of 6-8 glasses a day when increasing dietary fibre.

If ingesting any medication, please wait one hour before taking Ispaghula Husk Orange. Women who are pregnant or lactating need to consult a doctor before taking Ispaghula Husk Orange. Contains a source of Phenylalanine. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
