The squared bottle, similar in design the the women's version of this perfume gives an air of the sculptural, easy to look at but harder to move with it's thickened weighty glass.

Resident in the Aromatic Fougere class of perfumes, (Fougere meaning fem-like with the aromatic prefix in this case referring to the addition of spices) Intimately starts out with appealing freshness from bergamot and grapefruit heavily coloured with aromatic, spicy cardamom. Spices continue through the heart notes where star anise and nutmeg grab your attention against a well-blended floral note of violet. The base is distinctly classic in appeal with heavy amber and sandalwood overtones.

Overall Intimately gives a sweet powdery citrus scent that comes across deliberately restrained, better suited to the mature, self-confident man and good for the autumnal season.
