For UK orders, you will have received a tracking code in the email notifying you that your order has been shipped. You can check this tracking code against the Royal Mail Tracking System.
If the tracking system is not very helpful, it may be that the item is still in transit. Though we send all of our items by First Class post or better, there can occasionally be delays with the Royal Mail.
Most parcels in the UK arrive within 1 working day. If it has been 3 or more working days, you may like to check with your local sorting office to see if the parcel has not been picked up by the postman. This occasionally happens and is very unfortunate, but we have found that the Royal Mail do occasionally make mistakes like this.
Note that the Royal Mail regulations actually prevent us from chasing up the parcel for you. This is because once posted, the parcel legally belongs to you and is beyond our control. If we have sent the parcel and there is still no delivery and no card has been left through your letterbox, then it is advised that you visit your local sorting office with proof of ID to see if they will search for the parcel for you.
Note that though the postman should leave a "While you were out" card through your letterbox in the event of a failed delivery, this sometimes does not happen. This may be because a temporary postman was working that day and did not know the rules properly. So if your parcel has not arrived, then it is still worth visiting your local sorting office even if you have not had a card through your letterbox. Again, remember to note down the Royal Mail tracking reference that was emailed to you, as well as some proof of ID.
We do offer a Parcelforce service for more reliable delivery. When you have added your items to the basket, simply select "Parcelforce" as the delivery option.
We will then send your parcel using either the Parcelforce service or the Special Delivery service, both of which will deliver the item to you the day after we have sent it (mainland UK only).
We recommend using Special Delivery. The Parcelforce option offers better tracking but is not always as fast as Special Delivery.
Normal delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) costs a maximum of £2.99.
