HRi Coldcare Tablets are a traditional herbal medicine which contains echinacea, vitamin C and zinc to help relieve the symptoms of a cold or influenza (flu).

Directions of use:
Adults, elderly, and children over 12 years old: Take 2 tablets twice a day. It can be taken continuously, but if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 10 days or if you develop a high fever, consult your doctor.

Do not take if you are:

• Allergic to Echinacea or other members of the daisy family (Asteraceae/Compositae) or any other ingredients in this product.
• Pregnant or breast-feeding
• Under the age of 12

Each film-coated tablet contains: 56mg of Echinacea root, 29.3mg of Vitamin C, and 3.3mg of Zinc.
Other ingredients:
Herbal extract: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
Tablet core: Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Colloidal Hydrated Silica, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid.
Tablet coating: Hypromellose, Red Iron Oxide (E172), Yellow Iron Oxide (E172), Titanium Dioxide (E171), Purified Talc.
