5-HTP- HydroxyTrypotoPhan is an amino acid naturally found in dietary proteins which the body uses to make serotonin. Serotonin is a very important substance for normal nerve and brain function. 5-HTP is also naturally found in the Griffonia seed (Griffonia Simplicifolia).

Recommended Daily Intake of Health Aid 5-HTP:
Adult and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily. Can be increased to four tablets daily if required. Maximum of six tablets can be taken a day. Do not exceed recommended daily unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
