Zetuvit Plus Superabsorber Dressings are super absorbent, non-adhesive, wound dressings intended for superficial, acute, or chronic moderately to highly exuding wounds.

Zetuvit Plus dressings are formed of 4 layers; a soft absorbent nonwoven layer covers the wound-facing side, behind which a thin nonwoven fabric helps evenly distribute liquid directed to the core, the super absorbent core is formed from a soft cellulose blended with liquid-retaining polymers, lastly the outer green face is a breathable but water-repellent nonwoven layer.

• For moderately to highly exuding wounds; superficial, acute, or chronic.
• Super absorbent and locks in exudate.
• Sterile.
• Soft cushioning effect.

Suitable for use on wounds such as:
Traumatic wounds • Post-operative wounds • Lymphatic wounds • Decubitus/pressure sores • Venous • Arterial or mixed leg ulcers • Tumour wounds.

Directions for Use:
For use on adults by healthcare professionals in clinical or homecare environments. Use as directed by your supervising healthcare professional.
Zetuvit Plus may be used with primary and secondary dressings and used under compression bandages.

Select a Zetuvit Plus dressing size which extends at least 1-2cm beyond the wounds edge.
Remove the dressing from the sterile packaging and apply to the wound white-face down. Secure in place with either adhesive tape, conforming bandages, or compression bandage.
The dressing may remain in place for up to 5 days depending on the condition of the wound.
Cautions:

• Medical assessment of the wound condition is necessary before treatment.
• If signs of infection occur consult the supervising medical professional.
• Not suitable for use on dry wounds or exposed bones, muscles or tendons.
• Do not use if hypersensitivity to any of its components.
• Do not cut this dressing.
• The dressings paper peel packs seal contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions.
