Enterosgel Children Symptomatic Treatment of Acute Diarrhoea is a medical device which treats diarrhoea in children by targetting the cause and binding to bacterial toxins, viruses and other substances in the gut.

Instructions for use:
Take 2 hours before or after meal and taking oral medications.
Shake tube well before opening and each use.
Dilute dose in water of room temperature prior to its administration.

Duration and Dosage:
For children:
1-3 Years: Advisable to consult a doctor prior to use.
1-6 Years: 5g diluted in 50-100ml of water 3 times a day.
7-14 Years: 10g diluted in 50-100ml of water 3 times a day.

For children 15+ and adults: 15g to 22.5g diluted in 200ml of water, 3 times a day. Duration of treatment is 3-5 days for acute diarrhoea and up to 21 days for chronic diarrhoea.

Contradictions:
Do not take if you have intestinal atony (severe constipation due to bowel obstruction), intestinal blockage, intolerance based on prior use of enterosgel or if you are currently using modified-release orally administered medications.

Known side effects:
Constipation, nausea.

Precautions:
In cases accompanied with fever especially in children, seek medical advice as soon as possible.
