Effercitrate Soluble Tablets are a gentle and effective treatment designed to relieve the painful symptoms of cystitis.

Effercitrate tablets dissolve in water to create a lemon and lime flavoured drink, which can be taken up to 3 times a day. The solution contains Potassium Citrate and Citric Acid. The Potassium Citrate works to make the urine more alkaline, which in turn soothes the bladder and urethra lining, relieving discomfort caused by the infection.

Directions for use:
Adults and children over 6 years of age:
Take 2 tablets dissolved in a tumbler of water up to three times a day, preferably after a meal.

Not recommended for children less than 6 years old.

Ensure tablet is fully dissolved before taking.

Cautions and warnings:
Store in a dry place below 20°C.
Replace cap securely.
Keep out of the reach of children.
If you have kidney disease, heart disease or high blood pressure, consult your doctor before taking effercitrate.

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains: 1.5g Potassium Citrate BP and 0.25g Citric Acid BP.

In solution, each tablet provides the Citric Acid and Potassium Citrate content of 5ml.
Potassium Citrate mixture BPC.
Tablets also contain saccharin.
