Dosage and use:Bloating relief capsules are intended to be taken orally.
The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 is 1 capsule three times per day for 2-4 weeks.
Should be taken with food or after a meal.
Should be swallowed with a large glass of water (200ml).

Duration of use:
Do not use for longer than 30 days during a single treatment period.
Treatment may be resumed after 4 days.
